Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By using the services of RocketFix Roseville Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of safety and feasibility.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Property Access and Safety

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that we are informed of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree removal or other services. We can advise you on local regulations, but the final responsibility for compliance rests with you as the property owner.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency services are non-refundable once our crew has been dispatched.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Claims must be made within 30 days of service completion.

Weather and Force Majeure

Service dates may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule services as quickly as possible.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise agreed, we will remove major debris from the work site. Wood chips, sawdust, and minor debris may remain. Additional cleanup services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ramsey County, Minnesota, unless both parties agree to another resolution method.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
