Land & Lot Clearing
Transform overgrown lots into clean, usable space ready for your next project.

Why Clear Your Land?
Maybe you bought a property with years of overgrowth, or you're planning new construction and need to clear trees and brush. Either way, land clearing is hard, dangerous work that requires the right equipment and experience. What looks like a weekend project usually turns into weeks of back-breaking labor if you try to do it yourself.
We've been clearing lots in Roseville, MN and the surrounding area since 2024. Whether you need one corner cleaned up or a whole acre stripped down to bare ground, we have the equipment and expertise to get it done safely and efficiently. From small residential lots to larger commercial sites, we handle projects of all sizes.
What Land Clearing Includes
Land clearing means different things depending on your project. We customize our approach based on what you need:
- Complete tree and brush removal for building sites
- Selective clearing to preserve mature trees you want to keep
- Stump grinding and root removal for level ground
- Debris hauling and site cleanup
- Brush cutting and undergrowth removal
- Small tree and sapling removal
If your project includes larger trees, we start with professional tree removal followed by stump grinding to give you a clean slate.
Our Clearing Process
Before we start clearing, we meet you on site to understand your vision and identify any trees, features, or areas you want to protect. We'll also check for underground utilities and property lines to make sure we're working in the right areas.
Then we bring in the right equipment for your job. For small lots, handheld saws and brush cutters might be enough. Larger projects might need a skid steer, wood chipper, or forestry mulcher. We work systematically, clearing from one side to the other and hauling debris away as we go.
The final step is usually stump grinding to remove any stumps below ground level, followed by rough grading if needed. You're left with cleared land ready for whatever comes next, whether that's construction, landscaping, or just enjoying open space.
Timing matters too. Most clearing projects work best when the ground is dry and firm, typically late spring through fall. Winter clearing is possible but can be more challenging depending on snow depth and frozen ground.
